Process Maturity Assessment and Improvement Strategy
Where We Come In:
- Investigate the need for organization-wide process maturity initiatives by establishing Process Action Teams (PATs) focused on continuous improvement
- Investigate and propose industry standard process improvement (e.g., Automotive SPICE) assessments, identifying key gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Define and implement roles and responsibilities specifically tailored to process improvement objectives
- Advise on how to secure leadership buy-in and headcount allocation by demonstrating the strategic value of process maturity, aligning improvements with business and engineering goals
- Assist with the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress, drive continuous improvement, and align process outcomes with organizational goals
